All our items come with a warranty for exchanges and returns as long as the items are in perfect condition and have not been tampered with. El Rastro de la Piel will ONLY cover the return/exchange shipping costs when the received leather is in poor condition or does not match the customer's order. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
